Hello Alessia, thank you. Forgive me but it’s been a while. I love your last lesson… I will share that with my vegetarian friend. We went out to eat but substituted gnocchi for penne n him, fettuccine. I was in food heaven. Of course, I ate loads of garlic too. 😊🤗
